Flying high with style for more than 5.6 million Euros.

Non-Object

I
n the world of motorcycles, their sleek wind splitting aerodynamic designs; now comes the nUCLEUS from studio Non-Object, it ditches out everything streamlining stands for and brings their unique electric motorcycle. Check out their movie demonstration, this thing is just sweet; plus you can personalise your own bike in anyway you desire.

DayDream

I have found that I have stressed my first-gen Macbook Pro to its limits, it can no longer handle the demands I casually dump on it. If only somehow I could just change out the processor and max out its memory, but Apple would rather you upgrade to the current most updated one with sweet spec bumps (since it's not really possible to switch out the parts); the 17-inch Hi-Res LED widescreen display along with 2.6Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo stringing 4GB Ram and a 300GB hdd. How I wish I could magically transform mine to that, then again I must be dreaming...

NOOKA

Another time piece I would love to own, the Zenv White from Nooka

Passerby

Just something I came across yesterday on the way home.

Waterfalls

How I wish I was living in NYC, the waterfall project is just going to be one big photo op.

From the uptoyoutoronto store, the Hold Me Tape; yours at $15.

The Lorea Fruit Basket, from Zoo Creative; just beautiful.

Wednesday

Paper Wars

An exhibition of paper reproductions of classic weapons, on view at the Craze Gallery in London. Don't think of this as an average cut and paste reproduction, but instead they ask designers to alter their paper weapons into beautiful pieces of paper art. Organised by PostlerFerguson. So for those who have time, Paper Wars will be on view from May 15-21.

Grégoire Alexandre

C
heck out
Grégoire Alexandre's portfolio, truly inspiring from a creative mind.

hood.e

From designer Tim Dubitsky, a speaker implemented hoodie now named hood.e. Here's his pitch 'There is a soundtrack to life, and now it's not just in your head. Throw on your hood.e, plug in your favorite mp3 player, and you're ready to roll (and rock). The embedded speakers make it possible for you to share your latest favorite track without the awkward ties of a tethered earbud. After all, music should enhance your life, not shut it out.'

All I need

A unique and exclusive collaboration between Radiohead and MTV EXIT to raise awareness of human trafficking and exploitation in order to increase prevention. A very powerful and moving video, for more information visit www.mtvexit.org

thoughts running wild

Recently I have been having bits and pieces of thoughts scattered everywhere in my head, so I figure I might as well jot it down somewhere.

I don't know what's wrong with Philippe Starck, but I still like him as a designer.
I think I am a movie addict.
I need to start doing something I like, instead of stuff i have absolutely no interests in
I need to go EVERYWHERE and take photos.
I want to do a little bit of everything there is to Design, instead of specialising.
I crave for vietnamese food.
I think creativity makes me happy.
I think people should not judge in anyway.
I need to keep thinking time to myself and do my thing in those times.
I think debating or questioning the matter on existence of God or a higher-being is pointless, there are better things to do.
I want to lie by the sea and gaze at nowhere.
I can't wait to explore the wonders of EUROPE.
I want to BuilD my own house from scratch.
I need to work out MoRe often
I think traditions are a nuisance in life; people should be more susceptible to change.
I like mesSy (sometimes).
I think people just need to be Who they want to be.

Monday

Barbarella Sofa

M
ade by
Moooi for Leigh Harmer, with a unique sheepskin finish. This is one sofa I gotta have, it just looks so soft and cuddly; don't care if it's the right word to describe but I'm pretty sure anyone would simply love to jump onto it and feel the softness.
