Motivation comes in all sorts of way, for me it has always been towards the things I'm interested in doing or I find intriguing to a certain level. Majority of people has that one thing they are truly inspired by or love or good at. And whatever that is they will always find the motivations to do it, that kind of motivation is not like materilistic or some kind of reward at the end of the day, but sort of a rush of energy that keeps you going. I haven't really found that one thing till recently and I have been doing stuff i have no interest in, they are not useless but still they just don't really matter because they can't bring me that certain 'high'. You just can't do something you dislike or have a lack of interests in, its not healthy and after all we only have one life, so might as well do something you like, rebel if you have to, because if you don't you will regret it later on. Anyways enough of my trashy thoughts.
simplicity is bliss
Loving Alan Cook's photographs and website, is just amazingly simplistic.

Usually I don't go on and blog about automobiles, but it's really hard to resist not showing this very non-traditional design by Italian auto dreamers SpadaConcept, this concept car is actually going into production. So while I'm at it, I shall showcase my dream car as well, the Maserati concept Birdcage 75th designed by Ken Okuyama, how I wish they would put this into production.

Óscar Díaz developed a living calendar. Its basically paper which absorbs ink gradually over time; numbers get ink-filled daily, or plants grow. It was showcased at the London Design Festival in 07.

For those who are like me, I can never figure out how much of a handful is equivalent to one person's needs when cooking pasta. Well it's time to bid your worries goodbye, from German Studio ding3000, a simple device to measure appropriate portions and it also serves as a placement mat for hot cooking pots so your counter top doesn't get ruined.
The Aptera (wingless in Greek), a three wheeled vehicle which offers an all electronic or plug-in hybird option, designed by Jason Hill, who spent 12 years designing speed demons for Porsche and Daimler. Now runs his own company Eleven, which conceived this electric car; soon enough you will be seeing a lot of these sleek futuristic car running around on the streets, reserve yours now for a deposit just as little as 500 USD.

Monday
The future of photography, heavily centered on processing instead of in-camera work (at least not much needed); though I would love to see how creativity could be implemented. Currently still a prototype from Adobe, the 100 megapixel camera takes a three-dimensional photo of the scene with 19 uniquely configured lenses in one lens and the image could be changed from angles to focuses later in processing.
